You'll spend the afternoon in the Central London office on the kind of problems Wintermute traders deal with every day, with those traders in the room observing how you think. The challenges are practical and trading-inspired, and between them you'll see the office, talk to senior people on the trading team, and hear how they think about markets. There will be food and drink throughout the afternoon, plus some Wintermute merch to take home.
The afternoon is built around a series of challenges designed to test your intuition. Some examples could include:

The trading roles on offer start in 2027, at a company that trades across centralized exchanges, on-chain protocols and traditional venues, runs an OTC desk offering spot, options, forwards and CFDs to institutions, and backs and incubates early-stage projects through Wintermute Ventures. Most of the markets Wintermute trades never close, and new ones keep appearing. This year alone, the company started providing liquidity on prediction markets, traded its first single-name equity CFD on the day SpaceX listed on Nasdaq, and set up a registered US broker-dealer. Graduate traders work in those markets, with responsibility and ownership from early on.
