Wintermute is launching Construct, a dedicated accelerator designed specifically for crypto founders committed to building meaningful, innovative, and scalable products. Construct goes beyond typical accelerator formats by combining Wintermute’s hands-on expertise, rooted in our extensive trading experience and our position as a leading crypto-native firm deeply embedded across the entire ecosystem. Our unique approach is also backed by a successful track record of incubating impactful projects and supporting early-stage teams through Wintermute Ventures. Now we’re backing the next generation of builders.
The first Construct cohort kicks off in July and spans a carefully structured 10-week period, optimized to provide practical support, strategic clarity, and targeted market preparation. Each participating team will receive an initial investment of USD200K, practical mentorship from proven builders who have firsthand experience launching and scaling successful crypto projects, and personalized introductions to Wintermute’s expansive network of leading investors and strategic partners.

After years of actively participating in crypto markets, including incubating and investing in crypto startups, we've seen what genuinely helps founders succeed: authentic mentorship from operators who have built successful products themselves, practical resources specifically aligned to builders’ needs, and investor introductions that meaningfully accelerate growth. Construct is designed around these exact insights, helping teams build effectively and prepare realistically for long-term success.
The program concludes with a Demo Day in London, where teams will present their products directly to top investors. Support from Wintermute continues well beyond this event. After Demo Day, teams receive ongoing structured mentorship, strategic guidance, continued introductions to investors, and opportunities for follow-on investments from Wintermute. Our long-term commitment ensures each participating team has the resources and connections needed for sustained growth and impact.
Applications are now open, and we encourage early submissions as we review them on a rolling basis. We will select 3 to 5 teams for each cohort, welcoming founders at any stage, whether you have an initial idea, an early prototype, or an existing product with initial market traction.
